Front Inside Cover:
BOINK! THUNMP! PLUNK. It’s big. It’s round. It’s really fuzzy. But . . . what is it?
Whatever it is, there’s no end of trouble when this big, round, really fuzzy thing tumples into the prairie-dog town. Who would have guessed that its arrival would cause a great fuzz frenzy. And what will happen when all the fuzz is gone?
Janet Stevens and Susan Stevens Crummel, award-winning picture-book creators and fuzz fashionistas, present an outlandish adventure about greed, teamwork, and fabulous fuzziness.
About the Authors:
It all started when Janet Steven’s dog Violet dropped a tennis ball down a prairie-dog hole one day. There those prairie dogs were minding their own business deep down underground, when a mysterious object rolled into their town. What did they think it was -- and what did they do with it? Janet and her coauthor and sister, Susan Stevens Crummel, imagined what might happen, and The Great Fuzz Frenzy was born.
Together, Janet and Susan have created many acclaimed books for young readers. Janet lives in Boulder, Colorado (where she and Violet see lots of prairie dogs), and Susan lives in Fort Worth, Texas (where prairie dogs pop up only occasionally).
